ty le keo 88 Construction’s Southwest Regional Office recently broke ground on The Lotus Project, a multi-phase industrial and office park located in Chandler, Arizona. Phase I of this project will consist of 475,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. Four advanced manufacturing and light industrial buildings are scheduled to be completed by summer 2019. Phase II will consist of either two office buildings totaling 200,000 square feet or three industrial buildings totaling 216,000 square feet.
